Mark of Winning Minds

It was brilliant of David Cameron to remind us that we should be thinking more about our happiness and well being. Money does not buy happiness, just look at the McCartney/Heather Mills break up.

Although in theory this should be simple, and some might have it in abundance, the reality is that the stress and pressures of modern living leaves people feeling really screwed up.

If they’ve got sense, they will turn to someone like Mark Newey, an experienced coach and NLP practitioner of Winning Minds, whose techniques are similar to those as Paul McKenna.

One does get the impression that David Cameron seems a balanced sort of guy, if appearances are anything to go by. He is endorsing a “back to basics” life balance philosophy, and a common sense one too that we all need reminding about.

I met up with Mark today to discuss our future press work and the subjects we agreed on were 10 tips to survive the summer holidays (a nightmare time for many people for different reasons) and tacking stress in the business environment; company’s have legal obligations regarding the health and well being of their staff.

If you want to de-stress, you can get some great tips from Mark’s web, including overcoming fears and phobias and dealing with negative and depression.
