You are invited to nominate a hero who deserves to be pampered from top to toe so so they are fully rejuvenated after a day of rest and relaxation. All you have to do is to say in 150 words who your local hero is in your community and why this person deserve to win this special treat. The most deserving nominees will win one of more than 50 luxurious spa days for two, including spa treatments and use of the facilities.
